Following your theory lessons to understand the basic principles of scuba diving you will have three training dives from our purpose-built platform inside the tank. Here you will be taught the basic scuba skills before you venture out for your final two dives in the 10 million litre Dubai Aquarium. The Dubai Aquarium is one of the largest suspended aquariums in the world and home to more than 33,000 marine animals. There are over 300 sharks and rays in the tank, including the world’s biggest collection of Sand Tiger sharks. Other shark species include black-tip and white-tip reef sharks, zebra sharks, wobbegongs, grey reefs and nurse sharks. There are also many ray species in the Aquarium including cow-nose rays, eagle rays and leopard rays.

The price is inclusive of dive gear rental, dive guide at a ratio of 2:1, DAN diver insurance (Represented in the UAE by Oman Insurance PSC) At the end of your diving experience you will receive a free ticket to visit the Underwater Zoo.

PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to:

• Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
• Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in dive activities as long as properly supervised.
• Continue dive training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification and taking certain specialty diver courses.
• PADI materials, certification fees, equipment rental are included.
